The THUNDER project made a notable appearance at the SESAAU2024 conference, thanks to our esteemed partner, Euroheat & Power. This prestigious event, formally known as the 10th International Conference on Smart Energy Systems, was held at Aalborg University in Denmark—a renowned institution for its research in district heating and a key player in the Energy Cluster Denmark.
The conference was a hub of innovation and expertise, and the THUNDER project was prominently featured during the keynote presentation. Martin Strolený delivered an engaging talk titled “Innovations in District Heating and Cooling: Ground-breaking Projects Reshaping the DHC Landscape.” His presentation provided a comprehensive overview of the THUNDER project, highlighting its innovative approaches and anticipated outcomes in transforming the district heating and cooling sector.
We are proud to have been represented at such a significant event and look forward to the continued advancements and collaborations that will emerge from this conference.
